PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL MEASURES TO HELP MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN BAC NINH PROVINCE COPE WITH SCHOOL VIOLENCE

Abstract

Currently, school violence is on the rise and takes place in many schools, especially in middle schools. Secondary school students face numerous challenges including psychological, social and academic aspects. The unbalanced development between psychological and physiological factors contributes to the difficulties faced by this age group in controlling their emotions and behavior. A study of 1,250 middle school students in Bac Ninh province showed that nearly 50% of them had difficulties in relationships with friends in various aspects (cognitive, emotional, behavioral), which is one of the causes of school violence.
