IMPLEMENTING NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION AS A MODEL IN HANAM PROVINCE: A CASE STUDY IN BINH LUC DISTRICT

Abstract

The concept of new rural construction as a model is one of the goals outlined in the Party Congress resolution of many provinces and cities,aiming to develop a lanscape environment and socio-economic infrastructure close to urban areas. Ha Nam province is one of the leading provinces and cities in the movement to the new rural construction as a model. This study examines the process of the new rural construction in Ha Nam province, with Binh Luc district serving as a representative example. Based on the analysis of typical cases from two communes, the authors propose a number of solutions to further promote the implementation of new rural construction as a model in Ha Nam province and other regions.
