LEGAL POLICY ON SUPPORTING FEMALE ENTREPRENEUR IN SME’S

Abstract

This paper analyzes Vietnam’s legal policies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) owned or managed by women (female entrepreneur). It provides assessments and evaluations of the impact of these legal policies on the activities in recent years. Based on these findings, conclusions and recommendations are provided to further improve the legal policies regulating SMEs owned or managed by female entrepreneurs in the future.
