Abstract

Sustainable human resource management is a concept proposed by domestic and international scientists to meet the global transformation of human resource management systems in employer organizations and units. Based on research and selective inheritance of results from the published scientific works, this paper will provide an in-depth analysis of the theory and practice of sustainable human resource management. It aims to clarify the content of sustainable human resource management and offer recommendations for agencies to consider in achieving their sustainable development goals.
