RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION OF ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION IN IMPLEMENTING THE TASKS OF THE WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT PROJECT, PERIOD 2017-2024

Abstract

The project of supporting women’s startups was promulgated together with Decision No.939/QĐ-TTg signed by Prime Minister, dated June 30, 2017. The 5-year implementation report of the project (2017-2022) by the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women’s Union highlights positive results in activities to support women’s startup nationwide. This study focuses on evaluating the process of leading, organizing and coordinating activities, as well as the difficulties and challenges in the process of implementing the project’s tasks. The authors used methodologies such as desk review, document synthesis, and analysis of survey data collected from 63 provinces and cities nationwide, as well as interviews with key focus group in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Lang Son Province and Quang Nam Province.
