This paper analyzes the current state of the recruitment process at ADZ Creative and Production Company Limited using internal document analysis. The findings indicate that the company has established a basic recruitment framework, with relatively effective screening procedures and interdepartmental coordination. However, several limitations remain, including inconsistencies in evaluation criteria, an imbalanced screening ratio, and suboptimal recruitment costs. Identifying these issues provides a foundation for proposing improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency. Recommended solutions include standardizing evaluation criteria, adjusting screening ratios to better align with job requirements, and optimizing costs through technological applications and process refinement. This paper offers practical insights for improving human resource quality and supports the company in developing a more effective recruitment strategy in an increasingly competitive business environment
