Abstract

This article introduces domestic worker management experience in several countries around the world. The lessons learned are mainly about the formulation and implementation of relevant regulations and policies to protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic workers. The article shares lessons related to the management and supervision of signing written labor contracts in some countries, as well as describes the current situation of domestic worker management in Vietnam. On that basis, some policy recommendations are made to contribute to the effective management of domestic workers in our country nowadays.
