The article presents research results on the current situation and the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on the development of female human resources in tourism enterprises in Vietnam now. The topic data is made by the analysis of 291 survey questionnaires of enterprises in the tourism industry combined with the analysis of references. The results show that although the female certainly understand about the impacts of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on them, they have a little motivation to change and learn to adapt to the new era. From this, the author proposed some solutions for this problem.
