Abstract

After the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, the phrase “Independence, Freedom ,and Happiness” appeared in Decree No. 49 of October 12, 1945, signed by President Ho Chi Minh. Since then, the phrase “Independence - Freedom - Happiness” has been turned fom aspiration into reality. Bringing happiness to the masses of the people has become the ultimate goal, object, and action motivation of our Party. Tis article focuses on discussing “happiness” and contributes to providing arguments about the real “happiness” that Vietnam owns and will continue to develop in the future.
