Abstract

The northern economic growth pole of Binh Dinh province has great potential
for development. However, the competitive edges have not been fully taken advantage of;
the investment in building the urban infastructure system has not commensurated with the
potential; the transport and socioeconomic infastructure are not synchronous, modern and
up to development requirements. Tis article focuses on proposing 07 groups of solutions to
effectively develop Binh Dinh’s northern economic growth pole in the near future.
