This article is based on the results of the study “Patients’ satisfaction with medical
examination services at the Cetntral Endocrinology Hospital” conducted in 2022. The
above-mentioned research was carried out according to the research method combining
qualitative and quantitative, with a sample size of 239. This study focused on building
research models, testing scales, and measuring the impact of different groups of factors on the
patients’ satisfaction at the Central Endocrinology Hospital. The research results contribute
to a more complete set of assessment tools and propose pratical solutions to improve patients’
satisfaction
