A LEADERSHIP MODEL FOR SOCIAL WORK IN HEALTH CARE

Abstract

What constitutes effective social work leadership? The article provides followable
models to help improve social service functions in healthcare organisations. Issues that apply
to health care leadership social workers are evolving in urban, downtown, suburban, and
rural communities. The article provides helpful ideas for social workers struggling with
similar problems in their daily practice. This paper serves as a challenge for future social
work managers in healthcare organisations
