DIGITAL SKILLS IMPACT THE EMPLOYABILITY OF GRADUATES IN HANOI CITY

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of digital skills on the employability of graduates in Hanoi city. With a sample size of 382, the research results show that digital skills have a clear impact on the employability of graduates. The study also demonstrates how each factor in digital skills interacts with others and affects employability. Based on the research results, the paper proposes several recommendations to improve the employability of graduates.
