Abstract

   When Uncle Ho was alive He always gave special attention to the Vietnamese overseas. He not only showed great orientations in organizing and building the patriotic movement of Vietnamese overseas in the early revolutionary days, but also in concrete and regular work throughout the development of the Vietnamese revolution. As a result, the Party and State have applied creatively, continued to develop guidelines and policies for overseas compatriots in the current period. From the current situation of the Party and State's work of Vietnamese overseas, the article offers some solutions to attract and promote the contribution of oversea compatriots to the country
