Quality people in “word appealed emulation patriotic” of the Ho Chi Minh president

Abstract

    The article focuses on clarifying people's identity in President Ho Chi Minh's in 1948 "Word appealed emulationpatriotic". This is the overarching attribute of Uncle Ho's appeal, from defining the purpose to the motto, how to conduct the patrioticemulation movement. Based on the assessment of the actual situation of the patriotic emulation movement, the author proposes fourmain measures in the direction of enhancing the people's character in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the patrioticemulation movement according to the ideology of "Word appealed emulation patriotic".
