Quality of training and fostering for union officers – situation and solutions

Abstract

   Within the limited scope of the article, we are neither ambitious not able to analyze all the advantages, limitations and causes affecting the quality of training and fostering for union officials in the past 10 years, we have just only briefly describe the current situation; Thereby, show three main reasons why the Union officials training quality is not as expected: Some trade union officials' perception about improving professional qualifications and trade union skills is not complete; Trained subjects are not specific; The quality of part-time lecturers have not high yet.
