On the Role of the Thought of Worker - Peasant Alliance in Lenin’s New Economic Policies

Abstract

    The Bolshevik Party with Lenin as the core had made hard exploration on how ,under the circumstance of carrying out the New Economic Policy, to build up socialim in Russia, which was economically and culturally back ward. Proceeding from the actual conditions of Russia, Lenin deeply summariezed the experiences and lessons of having practised the Communist Policies in the Wartime ,and pionted out that the essence of the New Economic Policy was the all liance between the proletariate and the peasnat, the combination of the Proletarian Vangard with the vast peasant masses.
