Propaganda and dissemination of the trade union’s law at enterprises in Vietnam in the new context

Abstract

    The industrial revolution 4.0 is taking place rapidly, affecting people's lives, production, jobs and methods of gathering employees;  The process of international economic integration is deepening on many levels and forms, gradually adapting to the principles and standards of the global market. The implementation of new-generation free trade agreements (CPTPP, EVFTA...) and international conventions on labor pose many challenges to the Vietnam Trade Union.  Trade union of Vietnam needs to focus on renewing methods of propagating, mobilizing and persuading union members and employees, promoting their roles, firmly consolidating their positions, and performing their functions well in the new context.  Within the scope of the article, the author discusses the role of trade union in propagating and disseminating the law to employees in Vietnam enterprises in the new context.
