Abstract

    The article focuses on clarifying the necessity and content of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. This is a major policy directing the education and training work of the country. On the basis of an overview of some problems posed to the teaching staff, the author proposes a number of key measures to build a contingent of teachers to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training currently.
