EVFTA - Proof lively the manipulate creation thought foreign affair Ho Chi Minh

Abstract

    The article focuses on clarifying the correct and creative application of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on foreign affairs during the negotiation and signing of the EU - Viet Nam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). This is an FTA with the largest scope and commitment level of Viet Nam ever. Based on the evaluation of the overview of opportunities and challenges after signing EVFTA, the author proposes 5 issues that need to be addressed in order to implement the commitments and realize the benefits of EVFTA today.
