Human resource development for international integration in Vietnam

Abstract

    In the context of promoting industrialization, modernization and international integration, human resource development, specially High-Quality Human Resources development is considered as one of the three breakthrough stages of Vietnam's socio-economic development model transformation strategy. In the face of urgent requirements on human resource development, the paper focuses on analyzing the current situation of human resource development in Vietnam, some examples of human resource development model in the world, and the policies of Vietnamese government and human resource development solutions in international integration.
