Discussing on some special agreements in the labor relations

Abstract

    Some unilateral agreements or special agreements in the employment are obviously one of the necessary contents in the labor relationship, this particular agreements such that each part is especially interested in conducting besides some normal agreements in labor contract. This paper briefly studied about the special agreements and clearly identified the definition, the current legal as well as the meanings of this agreements to research the regulations in the recently Vietnamese labor law.
