Rights of female emplpoyees under labor code 2019 and some proposals

Abstract
In the labor relations, female employees are an object under labor law which need to ensure some specific rights, especially compared to male employees. Labor Code 2019 has amended and supplemented a number of new regulations related to the rights of female employees in order to well perform labor obligations, interests between employers and employees in the digital economies. This paper briefly studied about some rights of female employees and clearly identified the current legal as well as evaluated, recommended to improve the regulations in the recently Vietnamese labor law.
