Abstract

Global citizenship education (GCE) in schools has garnered significant interest among researchers. This study analyzes Scopus data from 1989 to 2024 using Vosviewer for bibliometric analysis. The results, presented through tables, graphs, and network maps, illustrate the document's characteristics, the progression in the number of publications, geographical distribution, leading authors, and key terms associated with GCE in school settings. These findings contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the current research landscape on global citizenship education.
