Abstract

This paper presents a study on design and manufacture sthe ignition timing
control system for one cylinder engine aid to support training in automotive
engineering in Hanoi University of Industry. The system including Arduino
electronic control board and LabView programe interface. The position of piston
during operation was determined by the signal from encder which as a function
of crank angle. The controlling system has been designed to adjust the ignition
timing flexibly while the engine is operating. The controlling software was
designed on LabView tool for a visualization and easy to use interface.
