PROCEDURES OF CAPACITY TRAINING ACTIVITIES FOR TEACHERS TO RUN LOCAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The quality and capacity of teachers is one of the most important factors to ensure the success of the reform of the 2018 General Education Program. Organizing  training activities to enable teachers to run local educational contents in high schools should be implemented synchronously according to the process of curriculum development, document compilation, innovation of training methods and forms; meanwhile, management levels must pay attention to creating an effective fostering environment.
