STUDENT SATISFACTION AND TRAINING QUALITY AT FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING FACILITIES, HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF FOOD INDUSTRY

Abstract
In the past 3 years, affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, education and training have been a field of profound and wide transformation to ensure the quality of teaching and learning, as well as the implementation of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education. In particular, leading education managers are very interested in adapting learners' learning lives after the COVID-19 pandemic, this paper aims to clarify determinants of build a scale and test the relationship between student satisfaction (HL) with factors of facilities (CS), training program (CT), staff lecturers (GV), scientific research activities (NC), and community service activities (PV) are studying at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry. Through a survey of 314 samples, the collected data have processed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0 software. Research results show that student satisfaction with the quality of education is affected by facilities and community service activities. The article also provides some managerial implications to improve student satisfaction and promote the image of training quality at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, University of Food Industry in Ho Chi Minh City.
