Abstract
This article presents the results of a study on the current situation of local education activities for students at the lower secondary level. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey with 128 administrators and teachers at Hoang Van Thu Lower Secondary School, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The findings indicate that administrators and teachers highly appreciated the objectives, contents, organizational forms, participating stakeholders, and supporting conditions of local education activities for students. These results provide practical implications for designing specific measures to improve the quality of local education for students at Hoang Van Thu Lower Secondary School, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province in the coming time.
