Abstract

Entrepreneurship and innovation are considered key initiatives to promote the development of the national economy. State support mechanisms and policies are a key driving force to help the creative start-up process maximize resources to transform a simple labor model and natural resource exploitation, into a model of new growth based on knowledge and innovation. This article focuses on analyzing the reality of mechanisms, financial support policies and legal support policies for the current creative startups.
