INCREASE THE LEVEL OF USE OF THE SERVICE PRINCIPAL STYLE IN HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

The Principal's leadership style plays an important role in the school's development. Researchers have proposed many approaches to leadership style such as behavioral approach, situational approach, activity approach... Servant leadership approaches from the perspective of followers. This is the leadership styles of the 21st century. The article presents some basic concepts of servant leadership style, analyzes the current situation of the principal's servant leadership style in high schools in the South, and proposes some measures to improve the level of service leadership in hight schools
