Abstract

In recent time, Primary schools in Thu Duc and Ho Chi Minh city, the teaching of natural and social subjects aiming to develop students' scientific capacity, especially for Primary students, has not been seriously concerned by teaching staff. Therefore, the organizing of teaching schedules to develop students' scientific capacity has been little effective.
