Abstract

Higher education has an important role in providing the capable workforce for the development and sustainability of businesses, localities and the nation. What matters most in higher education is how to train students to meet the requirements of employers and intergration trend. This research assesses the current quality of higher education by surveying 55 enterprises and 230 students in the Central Highland region. From the findings, suggetions are made on how to resolve the difficulties in training activities in this region.
