Abstract

Teachers and administrators of general education institutions play a central role in the process of comprehensive reform of general education. Therefore, most of the study on reform aimed at upholding teachers and administrators. As the orientation for revising curriculum and textbooks  towards  capacity  development  for  learners  has  taken  into  account  satisfying  many common objectives to facilitate the reform, identifying the uphold content is very important. The article outlines  some of the basic contents  for  upholding  teachers  and  administration,  which somehow contributes to the current educational reform.
