DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL SKILLS FOR EDUCATIONAL OFFICERS IN HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

The article defines the position, roles, and duties of educational officers in high schools according to Circular 20/2023/TT-BGDDT dated October 30, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. The article then assesses the current status of educational officers in high schools and, from there, proposes measures to foster necessary skills for educational officers such as educational planning, student record management, enrollment, and coordination with educational stakeholders skills.
