Abstract

The ongoing transformation of the private higher education sector necessitates strategic planning for the development of teaching staff, particularly within the context of educational innovation. This article presents an overview of existing research on the development of academic staff in private universities amid current educational reforms. The author employs document analysis and applies a mixed-methods and systems approach to examine 50 domestic and international studies. The findings indicate that faculty development plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of teaching staff training in private higher education institutions.
