THE CURRENT STATE OF RESPONSIBILITY CONNECTION WITH THE SCHOOL OF LECTURERS AT SAIGON UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Responsibility Commitment is one of the three dimensions of faculty members’ commitment to their organisation. At Saigon University, this dimension was assessed via three aspects: the institution’s development orientation, colleagues and students, and institutional activities. The findings reveal the highest level of responsibility commitment of lecturers, in the aspect of colleagues and students. The other two dimensions - alignment with university development goals and participation in institutional activities - had equal mean scores.
