Abstract

Student counseling and support services play a vital role in helping learners overcome challenges, foster personal development, and ultimately enhance the quality of training and institutional reputation. This article addresses key aspects that require attention in the delivery of counseling and support services to ensure optimal conditions for students throughout their academic journey. It also proposes several measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of these services in response to the evolving needs of students in the current educational context.
