Abstract

Learning environment in universities creates conditions for students to find and discover new knowledge by themselves; This is also an environment to help students practice their self-study ability, so that they can study anywhere, anytime. An in learning environment in universities, the critical skill and developing this skill plays a particularly important role, providing a premise for learners to study at higher levels in the future. The learning process leads to a process of thinking activities, in which critical thinking and critical skill have mutual dialectical relationship.
