UNIVERSITIES DEVELOP LIFELONG LEARNING COMPETENCIES FOR LEARNERS TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract

This article discusses the role of universities in promoting lifelong learning competencies to meet the demands of a new era and distinguishes several closely related concepts and from that we determine a set of lifelong learning competencies. The next is contents about universities’ training in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and some observations on Vietnamese universities’ transformation in training
