Abstract

The quality of vocational training is an important factor for the existence and development of the system of vocational schools in general and each vocational training institution in particular. This is a matter of social concern. Among many factors, technological development is an important factor determining the quality of vocational training. The article focuses on analyzing the current state of training quality of vocational colleges through interview methods and analyzing reporting data and proposing solutions to improve the quality of training to meet the recruitment needs of the labor market
