Abstract

The set of educational development indicators at schools is necessary to improve the quality of school education. The article proposes a framework for the school's educational development index including: Access to education, educational resources, educational environment, educational activities and outcomes. The article also analyzes a number of proposed solutions on policies, resources, and the role of parties in the implementation of the school's educational development indicators.
