KHUNG TRÌNH ĐỘ QUỐC GIA VIỆT NAM: MỘT KHUNG PHÂN TÍCH

Abstract

Human resources training in globalization context poses new requirements for vocational and higher education of each nation. One of the necessary tools for forwarding mutual recognition and strengthening credit transfer relations and fulfilling lifelong learning needs of the people is the national qualifications framework. This article focuses on clarifying the context of developing national qualifications, discussing different perspectives on national qualifications,  analyzing  the  relevant  factors  of  deploying  and  proposes  solutions  of implementing Vietnamese qualifications framework.
