Abstract

Over the last 40 years, education in Viet Nam has made many big changes but the root of the problem is the management mechanism related to: the selection, training, build the visition of the teacher, working environment, the evaluation of teaching and learning for teachers and students ... almost no significant change. The writting presents some ideas on the renovation of management mechanism in the spirit of the Resolution 29-NQ / TW based on learning from education in Finland – in the recenr years, a country had risento the top of the world about education and the nation has a spectacular, sustainable development.
