Abstract

Innovations  in  refresher  training  for  educational  managers  are  of  crucial importance for the New General Education Curriculum, which is a matter of concern to society as a whole and education in particular. The curriculum sets clear objectives, training content for managers meeting  the needs of programs, organizations involving educational management. The paper  proposes  a  number  of  measures,  training  content,  requirements  for  schools,  teachers, managers to satisfy the requirements of the New General Education Curriculum.
