Abstract

Currently, Vietnam is in the process of strong integration to the life of nations in the region and  the  world.  Higher  education  play  an  important  role,  taking  a  great  influence  to  the prosperity  of  the  country.  Building  a  teaching  staff  satisfying  innovative  requirements  is considered to be a key task; along with the reforms of methods and curriculum, contributing to the country's higher education to develop and connect with the global education stream.
