Abstract

Identifying and measuring the factors of influencing to the students' satisfaction to the quality of education activity of the Faculty of Accounting - Auditing of Van Lang University, to analyze the quality of activities of the faculty according to students' satisfaction.  Base on that, the chief of Faculty of Accounting - Auditing of Van Lang University can review and make proper decisions to enhance the quality of university's activities.
