Abstract

Management of the institutions by standards is one of the necessities to improve the quality of education institutions. Currently, universities, colleges, vocational schools and high schools only use standards to evaluate their education institutions. The evaluation also reveals many shortcomings; the results haven’t reflected the real situation of the school, while the  management doesn’t  change. The  problem is  that  the administrators haven’t  used  the standard in accordance with its true function. Standards to establish an administration system conforming   to the standards   and   evaluation   is   only   carried   out   at   the   end   of management cycle. This article concerns that problem
