Abstract

In the basic, comprehensive innovation of education and training, the issue of training for teachers is very important. On the basis of studying about interest in learning, psychological, learning characteristics of adult, the article provides some solutions to create enthusiasm for students of training courses to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools.
