Abstract

The superintendent of some of primary schools in My Tho city, Tien Giang province has evaluated the performance and managerial skills of the department heads. As a result of these evaluations we have come up with some suggestions to help the principals of these schools improve the skill set of their managerial staff and help their schools  meet the current educational standard.
