Abstract
The servant leadership style applied in many organizations now brings certain effectiveness. Servant leadership style stands from the perspective of subordinates and related people to build a behavioral model of the leader. It emphasizes the aspect of motivation for the collective benefits and development of subordinates. This leadership style is appropriate in educational environments. The article analyses the factors that influence of factors on the servant leadership style of high school principals in the South region. This is the basis for developing measures to improve the level of service of school principals.
